 Affirm lets eligible clients split approved legal fees into monthly payments instead of paying everything up front. The application is done online in a few minutes, and clients see the total cost, number of payments, and any interest or fees before they agree. If they’re approved and accept the terms, Affirm pays our firm so we can start working on the case right away. The client then makes their scheduled payments directly to Affirm, under Affirms own terms and approval. 

 At Halfpenny Law, we can set up in-house payment arrangements so you don’t have to come up with everything at once. Payments can be scheduled to run automatically from your card or bank account, so you don’t have to worry about remembering due dates. We’ll work with you to choose an amount and payment date that fits your budget. Once your plan is in place, payments are deducted on the agreed schedule and you can focus on your case—not the calendar.
