John P. Halfpenny, Esquire, founded Halfpenny Law with the mission of providing top-quality legal support and services at reasonable rates, aiming for the best results for our clients in areas such as child custody, criminal defense, expungement, and traffic law. John graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1988 with B.A. degrees in Economics and Psychology, and a minor in English. He received his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law in California’s Silicon Valley in 1991.
